All ratings for pages take into account the following things:
Presentation: How the page looks, is it just a bunch of text, too much graphics, or just the right mixture?
Interface: How easy is it to get around the page, can I find a fic or info I want easily and without having to go through lots of pages?
No Mistakes: How many spelling, formatting, grammar, or HTML mistakes are there?
Content: Does the page have what it claims, or more or less, and is the content appropriate with whatever one would expect?
Updates: Does the page update often or not in the last two years? Are information or fics up to date?
