One day, Soun Tendou received a letter in the mail saying that the Tendous had been selected to take on an American exchange student for a year, namely one Chris Preston. So begins Foreign Influence. Meanwhile, Chris is puzzled over the letter that he has received. The Tendou Dojo? This had to be some kind of joke. Everybody knew that Ranma 1/2 wasn't real... or was it? Chris starts out ordinary enough, but he is quick to pick up on the zaniness that permeates the Ranmaverse. New chapters to be released whenever I get around to writing them, so keep watching.

Part One: Welcome to Our Tendou Dojo Chris was just an ordinary boy until the day that he received a letter that changed his life forever. He had been selected in a foreign exchange program to be sent to stay at the Tendou Dojo. But that was impossible! Ranma and Co. were just manga characters; they couldn't be real... Or could they?

Part Two: Half and Half Somehow in his travels in China Chris managed to get hold of some bottled Nyanniichuan water, the stuff that gave Ranma his curse. After making the unfortunate blunder of insulting Akane's cooking to her face, he is accidentally doused with some. Now he too is half-boy, half-girl. When he meets Ukyou Kuonji, he, now a she, develops an instant crush on her. But does she like him back?

Part Three: Nibun no Ichi On a hot day in Nerima, Chris absentmindedly pulls out an issue of Ranma 1/2 manga. Now he has to explain to Ranma how in hell there can be a manga series about him. Will Ranma heed Chris' warnings before it's too late, or will wedding bells ring for Ranma and... Ryouga?

Part Four: Blue Thunder It's the first day of school at Fuurinkan High, and Tatewaki Kunou, moron that he is, has declared Chris to be his enemy due to his association with Ranma. Even more stupidly, he wants to "date with" Chris' girl half, little realizing that both Chrises are one and the same. Isn't one half-boy, half-girl enough for him? Plus, there's a new teacher at school: Miss Hinako, who can literally suck the life force out of students at will. With all of this insanity going on around him, can Chris survive, much less work up the courage to ask Ukyou out on a date?

Part Five: Chiisuiton and Kaisuifuu Due to being doused with water from a magic bucket known as the Chiisuiton, Ranma has become locked in girl form (see Shogakukan Ranma 1/2 vol. 24). Now he must follow prince/princess Herb of the Musk Dynasty to get the cure, but can she convince him/her to let her have it? Meanwhile, Chris, Akane, and company must somehow manage in Ranma's absence. After this, will things ever return to what passes for normal in the Ranmaverse?

Part Six: Memories Resurface Nine and a half years ago, Akane's life was saved by a boy names Shinnosuke. Now Akane's gone back to Ryuugenzawa to find him and repay that favor. Soun gets worried, and sends Ranma and Chris after her. Can they save Shinnosuke before the bill on his borrowed time comes due?

Part Seven: Matchmaker, Matchmaker Things have finally gotten back to normal around the Tendou Dojo... or have they? Ranma and Akane are going on a date, at their fathers' insistence, and Chris and Ukyou are going to "tag along", watching from the shadows. But the real question is: who does Ukyou like more, Ranma or Chris?

Part Eight: Anything-Goes Christmas Anything goes when the Tendou household throws their second annual Christmas Eve party. Akane's made a special present for Ranma, and Chris has something special for Ukyou. Will everyone have a Merry Christmas, or are more wacky hijinks in store for our heroes? The answer is-- both!

Part Nine: Parent Trouble Chris' parents didn't believe his stories about all of the wacky things that happen at the Tendou Dojo, so his father is coming out to investigate! Meanwhile, Ranma's mother has decided to drop in on the Tendous yet again. The problem is, Chris' father doesn't speak a word of Japanese, and Ranma's mother doesn't speak English! Can the gang get Dr. Preston to accept the curses while keeping them a secret from Nodoka?

"Oh, my Darling! Daisuki yo!"

Part Ten: Always My Ranma-chan Akane throws Ranma into the rock in the Tendous' koi pond yet again, only this time, instead of just turning Ranma's personality upside down, the blow to the head has reversed her memories as well. Come on, Ranma-chan, you aren't really engaged to Chris, are you?

Coming Soon: Part Eleven: Ramen Redeux It's time for the second annual Miss Martial Arts Takeout Race, and it's going to be a close call as to who will win. Will it be Chris, Akane, or Shampoo? What? You think Chris will win? Guess again.

Nearly two years ago, Christopher Preston was sent as a foreign exchange student to stay at the Tendou Dojo for a year. Now, the tables have turned as Ranma and Akane, newly wedded, come to visit him at his home in San Francisco. They find out that his "normal" life isn't so boring after all...

Prologue: Reiteration Chris Preston's life seems at first glance to be that of an ordinary American teenager... or does it? With weird friends and even weirder enemies, things are not what they seem.

Coming Soon: Part One: Once More Into the Breach Even though Chris thought he left all of the insanity back in Japan, his life is once again turned upside down by the arrival of Ranma and Akane Saotome in San Francisco.
